Cancellation of shares

Vote next Thursday will be positive and shares o/s will be cut in half to 10M. They will get these back from FAS for a song.

Look for the stock to creep up as the share price will move up to adjust for the smaller number of shares and to maintain the market cap around $16M and other valuation metrics.
