IPC is due to announce 3 new members to their board by the end of the month. This replaces the 3 members related to the Saudi FAS group and based on current international events, good to see that this connection was severed after the purchase and cancellation of shares.
With a market cap of $6M and sales for the current year to be around $12M, the stock has a PSR of 0.5 which indicates that it is undervalued on this valuation as well. For stocks trading at PSR under 1, it is said to be very cheap. Typically with PSR of 1 -2 it is considered to be good value.
Recent market volatility and lack of news has put the stock in an even more attractive valuation.
