Now the share price will just sit here or go down further until they announce the price of the equity portion. Same effin thing they did the last time. Screw the current shareholders and give the new ones the best price possible. What a joke. Also, who thought they could close the deal on Oct 2 if they now need an additional 6 weeks? I can't blame the new guy since he just got involved. That means Daniel Kajouie, his brother and whatever other Kajouie family members who are employed by LAB need to go. Clean house and start fresh.
