If you and a group of people are "COLLUDING" to bring a stock down by naked shorting it, (which is possible seeing that many firms don't have the shares to let you borrow to short) then that is ILLEGAL.

It's called stock price manipulation and it is highly illegal.

And like TooTall says.....What reasonable smart logical trader, would short a stock after it has moved down 95%. That's like buying a stock after it has moved up 300% in 3 months.....too late to the party my friend.
