Okay let's all give our heads a big shake here for a second. Here's how you know we are at a bottom and this thing "shouldn't" go down any lower even after a deal is announced.

Let's sayyyyyy this thing drops to 1 cent. (as per GeraldH likes to believe it will)

That would make this company worth $1.8 Million Market Cap.

Really......REALLLY.....REALLLLLY!?? $40 Million in revenue, $10 Million a year EBITDA, and capital structure improvement where debt level is now serviceable.

I dare this market to send it down that low. Because I, and many many others will be buying like crazy. That's how you know we are at the bottom. 

$1.8 Million.....hahah company would be priced as much as a condo in downtown Toronto. HA! HA! HA!

My point being is......why would anyone sell here? Unless you think no deal was done and the company has to go bankrupt....then that is different. But a company pulling in this money doesn't go under. They get bought out, or equity injections.

Even with further dilution, the stock is undervalued.

Sorry sir....but people are buying at these levels. There have been investors accumulating stock at these cheap levels for quite some time now. The stock chart and volume tells you this. The stock had more even/green days in the last 6 months than ever before.  That's a sign of accumulation. I'm surprised you don't know LAW 101. If you and a group of people are "COLLUDING" to bring a stock down by naked shorting it, (which is possible seeing that many firms don't have the shares to let you borrow to short) then that is ILLEGAL. As much as I agree with you about Gerald, your statement is a bit contradictory. You state that anyone shorting this would be dumb (which I 10000% completely agree with) but then you are pessimistic on anything good coming from this deal and that we're all going to be screwed. I think that any deal done, won't be done at below current market value. The market has punished/priced this
