RE:RE:AGMAs far as I know ,TEC does not own a single share,just warrants.lanthier owns next to nothing and all directors own nothing except for one I think.TEC doesn't give a sh*t about shareholders and obviously the company doesn't .Try calling the company! They do not not even answer the phone as Tangelo.They answer it as forbes manhattan.I have called trying to get hold of Lanthier the last week and its a dead end or voicemail which he doesn't have the decency to call back.IR has no answers.
