What happens if I don't vote? I threw out my proxy info.
New to the board and have a small position in Tangelo (bought maybe 6 months ago).  From what I'm reading, I would likely vote no to the deal.  However, I threw out my proxy info.  Just curious as to what happens if I don't vote?  Does it have any berring on the results?
