$100M purchase coming and cash needed to be raise, I see heavy dilutions coming!

These type of companies are licenses to print money and are very cash rich. Debt financing is always a likely option with some equity. With 15 mill profit from Diwip they could pay off the $50 mill which is needed upfront in just over 3 years and that's with no additional profit from future growth in those 3 years which is highly unlikely.   Hey Kreskin, stick to predicting the next cup

@Atuz - I wouldn't say his comment was silly per se, but because of the space we're in, sector currently being built on aquisitions.  So I know what he meant but it's not a big deal at this point in time. Looks like IT is pretty hot now.

Thanks for your clarification and support to the board Bangkokboy. To your point we need to grow based on aquisitions. I'm just not a fan of speculative negative posts as typically it's favour of the person posting(a pumper). We don't want to hear his negative opinions so keep it in his head. Now if it's fact post negative s*#t all he wants. We will have to wait and see but

As you know once/if we're mentioned in the same breath as IT, they'll be many bashers with their own agenda's coming on here to throw a grenade or 2, so it's par for the course. My only concern was the exchange halting it again to question the deal but the further we go it does not appear this will happen. So now the financing, I'm not bean counter but I read that shares were

Wow!  defensive are we?  Probably a pumper.  Any how.... According to latest finance, Aug 25, Lab has $1.4 M cash and no/little revenue.  Where will cash come from for $100?  My bet is on selling shares and coupled with debt financing.  I'll believe it when I see it.  Personally, I'll wait to see when/if the deal closes and how much dilution there are
