2014 results will be filed at the end of April per regulatory requirements but it will not contain Diwip results since the acquisition closed after Dec 31/14. Q1 results out the end of May.

what makes you so sure Q1 results feat. Diwip are rolled out just a month later (end of May as you say)?

For TSXV issuers, annual results must be filed 120 days following year-end and interim results are due 60 days following the end of the quarter. You didn't know this and you're an investor?

It seems that they are not reporting their 2014 results this is bad something must be wrong with there accounting unless I'm missing something can someone give me a reason for it not being out even when the exchange mandates that it should be.

Reporting was filed on time for 2014... check Sedar, no real surprises and not much to report. Diwip transaction happended at end of January, so have to wait until June 1 to see Q1 results that will be more relevant.

ppl in the kno are taking advantage of weak hands. they keep playing these cat and mouse games, it's a zero-sum game. somebody is winning big and somebody is losing. it is very peculiar though how volume was 90k yesterday and all of a sudden back to over 3mil. very very peculiar.

SINCE THE SUBSCRIPTION RECEIPTS CAME FREE TRADING THE VOLUME HAS SPIKED.LOOKS LIKE PEOPLE THAT TOOK PART ARE FLIPPING FOR THEIR 20-30% PROFIT AND KEEPING THEIR WARRANTS.STOCK IS UNDER ACCUMULATION AND GOING INTO STRONGER HANDS.PRICE MOVEMENT IS PERFECT,SLOW AND STEADY.

there was no 4 month hold period.They became free trading when the prospectus was approved

Yes the free trading and spike in volume are both in correspondence to prospectus. no hold period. I agree with willis, bag the 20-30% profits and free roll with the warrants is what many receipt holders are doing.

Normally that strategy would hold true but let's see in 2 to 3 and those guys that were selling will either be buying back in with that money and then some or miss what is coming. Good question but there definitely is a lot of interest, and no matter how you look at it, that is a good thing imo
