AGM
Any news on the AGM?, there was great anticiptation of something good prior to last year's but the board of directors were all re-elected. We have no power over TEC and this company. The only shred of light is that the company continues to operate, to advertise, to hire new staff, with Marti in Spain oblivious to the stock price.
And is it true that the president earns $400,000, are there no incentives or targets he must meet to get this type of income. If there were, he would be owing the company three years salary, or whatever period of time he's been there. The whole board should be fired and get rid of their PR who has absolutely no function but to bleed the company further of money.
