Q4 is projected to be lower than last year
Given the annual guidance given by management, it is expected that Q4 will come in lower than last years quarter on a net income basis. This makes a lot of sense given the slow down of real estate transactions and the euphoria that occurred last year.
Overall, Information Services appears to be attractively priced. I will patiently wait for the dust to settle but I think this is a good name to consider.
