Valuation

The valuation is closer to $1.50/$1.70 & the Board should not bow to the pressure & sell for anything less..They have a duty to protect all shareholders.. Because BAM already controls about 2/3  of the stock , it is inconceivable that another bid is forthcoming..This fact , does not give them the right to under value the assests with a $1.35 low ball bid..The board of directors must fully understand their fiduciary duty to obtain the maximum price or vote against the current cheap bid.

without other bidders there's little they can do beyond the "just say no" defense. it is trading awfully tight, though....
