The valuation is closer to $1.50/$1.70 & the Board should not bow to the pressure & sell for anything less..They have a duty to protect all shareholders.. Because BAM already controls about 2 ...more

That is a good question. IMHO, the company states their NAV at $2 because that is what the financials and land holdings calc to. This is a gas weighted stock, with almost no float. These two factors ...more

Because they figure there's no one else out there that would pay any more. Also, BAM wouldn't sell at these discounted prices and they have control. The best we can hope for is the Board ...more
