After takeover completion, ACB will have +600 mil floatWhen you factor in the issuance of shares for the takeover plus any outstanding warrants, ACB will have over 600 million shares outstanding. I know they're over valued but the market has no problem paying +$11.00 per share. Dilution is not an issue for ISOL at these early stages. There is a lot of room for the share price to grow as ISOL continues to grow the company.
