Would the Serruya family have invested $40million into this company if they were concerned about Nihart and the issues of the past? Probably not.
Would Kathy Ireland get into bed with these guys if she was concerned about the issues of the past? Probably not.
Maybe there were some issues back then 4+ years ago..
The fact is, this is a real company, with real product, real revenues and real profit.
The groundwork is laid and they are growing (the growth is real too btw).
Say what you want about the past, but IF this is a scam, why bother to go to the lengths they have? It seems to me they stand to gain a whole lot more by continuing to develop this REAL company they have, than to just pull the rug out from under everyone and run off laughing with everyone's money.
