ISOL wouldn't enter a deal without receiving legal advice
ISOL wouldn't enter a deal without receiving legal adviceISOL like investors on this board has had to do their own DD. They are not going to get involved in something without receiving legal advice. A company like ISOL has to remain responsible to its investors and equity finance brokers like the Serruya family. The Serruya Group is a respectable company with an impressive track record and they had to do their own DD before getting involved with ISOL. I guarantee they scrutinized all previous and pending deals before they signed on. The BSPG deal is a diamond in the rough and will be instrumental in helping ISOL move forward.
