BSPG deal was already public knowledge, hault is independentBecause the company updated investors at the beginning of April about BSPG, it is possible that the hault may involve a statement of material fact that is independent of the BSPG deal. IMHO, if news was solely BSPG related, a hault would have been exercised for an hour or so. I think this unusually long hault pertains to something more complex, something bigger, and as a result, the company made this request as a way of ensuring that nothing was prematurely leaked.
