Note that they lock those shares for 36 months...so it's a long term placement!!! So three years from now, the market will recognize ISOL value or will it still exist, meaning could be taken out by another!? GLTA longs!

WRT to water. That part of NV relies on groundwater and, since it is next door to Vegas, I expect it can access water from nearby Lake Mead which is fed by the Colorado River. Vegas gets most of its water (80%) from there. If you have ever been to Vegas, you know it is a short tourist trip away.
Nye County also seems to be spurring development and part of that is ensuring stability of water resources (hey, you can look that up)
WRT local processing. It seems there are lots of incentives to grow hemp in Nevada, so bringing ISOL extraction and purification technology and capcity into Nevada could make lots of sense.
WRT location. Nye County has a long border with California...which could mean a lot in the future.

All in all, this is currently a small blip...but who knows
