Vancouver - Isodiol International Inc. (CSE: ISOL) (OTC: ISOLF) (FSE: LB6A.F) (the 'Company' or 'Isodiol'), a global CBD innovator specializing in the development of pharmaceutical, health, and wellness products announces that the Company intends to bring a legal claim against Compass Cannabis Clinic ('Compass') for repudiation of the Definitive Agreement to acquire 19.9% equity in Compass, which had been previously announced on April 19, 2018.

The Company seeks return of $2 million plus damages against Compass and its President Dave Martyn.
