I believe the new CFO will see the opportunity here.  Taking on a debt load when you're within six months of cash flow positive is a no brainer. Drive the SP north, THEN do a PP and pay off the line with equity when the SP is in your favour.

Issuing 200,000 shares 6 months to a year from now at $50 is far better than issuing 2,500,000 at $4, even if it means paying $500,000 in interest.

The effect of a 5% dilution right now is far worse than 5% interest.

Just my 2 cents.
