RE:RE:RE:RE:CBD infused beer is illegal to produce and sell in Florida.Initially I thought the deal was too rich but if ISOL estimates that Kathy will do about 15 million /yr, through her lable and IAM1, and the design guy, then she would be getting about 15 %. A win win for both sides. And if you have seen her booths, she brings a very classy brand to our company name. Rather then some rapper, Kathy brings a ton of sophistication to the brand and appeals to the target group ,middle and upper class groups - with all the cash to buy those health and beauty items. Marcos always buys the best. good for us in the long run. my 2 cents.gltals

This is the guts of it - nor performance element I am aware of.
Level Brands will receive an initial US$2 million payment in the form of Isodiol shares and initial cash payments of US$62,500 due at execution of the licensing agreement and on June 30, 2018 . During the term of the agreement Level will also receive US$750,000 per quarter in the form of Isodiol shares and a 3% royalty on all gross sales of branded products. The contract term is for an initial five years. Marketing materials were designed and filmed in December 2017 and both parties intend to finalize all points of the negotiations no later than January 31, 2018.
