What a great incentive!!!! 1) 8% + 159 warrants @3.94 per 1000$ 2)dilution: later ...or sooner dilution at 5$ by acceleration conversion @3.15$ So 5/3.15 => 59% and still have 159 warrants/1000$ at 3.94$ 3) management will charge another chunk advice fees again! 4) Recall that the last financing 18$M was at 7.30$...so more 57% cheaper...! What a very sad news...! How long can long hold this long!!! :-( I m still sadly long...
