FARM DEAL UPDATE / full passage at the end of the week! We are one step closer to permanent legalization of hemp.
Today, members of the House/Senate conference committee took time to sign off formally on the report which includes all of the hemp provisions from Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s Hemp Farming Act.
*We expect the conference report to be filed in the House and Senate tomorrow (Tuesday), and after a few days of floor discussion and debate, we expect full passage by the end of the week.
