These deals like level & Kure where made during the boom time. They clearly saw no added benefit from these investments since then and have decided to scrap it now that the SP has dropped this low. The company still has healthy investments and the potential to start rebuilding again. But yes, I do believe they have spend to much money on finders/consulting fees, which needs to go away. I am hoping the deal with Toba goes through soon. The decisions in the past month seems to be an indication towards closing the Toba deal. Having a reputable VC calling the shots will help this company in the long run and recover form this dire state. Again, this is my opinion. Please do your DD and gauge for yourselves before you spend your hard earned money. GLTA
