Was it the inexperience of the CFO Bryan Loree?
Was there a problem with the fax machine?
Was it deliberate?
I mean the fact that only BC has a cap on fees for late filings ($50 per late filings) vs all other provinces where the fine is above $25 per filing per day, it was completely worth it for insiders to sell their shares without retail finding out for 6 months in order to maximize the return on the dumped shares...
Why not try to get rich by building a profitable company instead of taking your shareholders to the cleaners?
