Sounds like extreme Nepotism at a hefty cost to the share holders who put their trust in Isodiol the company they invested their hard earned money in. This is where the markets distrust towards Isodiol comes from in my opinion. I myself have a large stake in the company and I hope things have taken a turn for the beter in regards to being able to trust management again.
