I think our new CFO Mr. Reznik must be a key cog in this aquisition wheel. He must have tons of experience in making and understanding bankrupt companies as he has been part of many. Hopefully his experience in watching digital dispatch and infowave software fall will help this company. Certainly he knows how to make an aquisition like this for as little as possible as he has sat on the other side of the table a few times. The company fits, the price sounds right, execution is the question.
