If ICS can continue (or start to) execute there business plan even in a tough market it's possible once revenue starts to come in and products sold that a buck is easily achievable. Lets face it they have to grow this company with the opportunities they have banked on. This is there time like it or not. If we see the products get traction in the market a dollar is not out of the question. If not 2 cents is not out of the question.
Hopefully his outperform rating means he has confidence in there ability to grow there products.
