Insiders Shares?

Insiders Shares?It seems like there are only a few insiders that hold shares in the company. (Besides options) It would be nice to see a few buy a couple of thousand to instill a level of confidence in this beaten up rag. If they buy at 12 cents the market will follow in my opinion.
Also anyone have the latest analyst reports on ICS. If they could post them or inbox me.
