Latin America and other countries (Mexico, Chile, Venezuela, Brazil) are expected to continue increasing their expenditures on telecommunications equipment going into the future. Privitization should continue (less government impediment to growth).
On another note, TechRepublic will be providing investment information right here at home.
Gartner is all over the map in a good way. This is the turning point. Good time to get in.
