1. your thinking is flawed,  all spin outs and dividends announced should already be priced in..... but if you believe in both stocks they should stand on their own merits....future acquisitions versus dilution should be watched....2.) I agree on PODA products in this space will drive organic growth value..... i saw a new inhaler somewhere, thats innovative and a solid longterm element... 3.) watch out for the hold period to come off on the 12 million new shares, depending on the holders, some will take money off the table, guaranteed, i have seen it a 500 times...im an old fart..... 

dont fall in love with your stock portfolio, except may old buffet
