I've rarely seen a company with such good potential F-UP so badly.
It started with their dividend a few years ago, only to get back to the equity markets time and time again since.
The Simmons deal... What a way to make yourselves into clowns while diluting shareholders massively.
The subtle CEO change that was never announced to the market (Good riddance Dan).
The announcement of a LOI with GTEC... Why announce a LOI to merge if you aren't going to follow through?????????? Can't you do like all other companies and just announce it when you have a formal plan of arrangement?? What a JOKE!!
Now the announce a marketing deal for 6 months that started on January 1st??? Do they realise it's been 1.5 months and they have jack ShIIIttte to show for it?
It's too bad because if they would have just stuck to the plan, they would have created significant value for shareholders just out of the entire sector becoming so overvalued... Instead the share price has just been on a long slide...
