Are you using Aphria's problem to now get Gene Simmons involved??? Be very careful of what you post because the company Invictus has legal rights to go after your stockhouse identity.. Be very careful of what you post, slanderous statements will land you in a court of law.

I havent posted any acutsations or inuendo's and i dont think the other user is insinuating anything either. Threats are also not very helpful. There is a simple reason to have some concern in the fact that Gene Simmons is mentioned by name in a snippet that is included in the hindenburg research report. Ill say it again it is probably nothing! But I think any logical investor in invictus

whatshisface posted a screen shot of the section it is in. It is miniscule and most likely meaningless. But if whatshisface saw it, and so did I when I went and looked for it, others have to. Should be very easy for invictus or gene to expalin and would put any questions to rest.

You can questions but to post and say GS is tied with Aphria fraudsters is slander ... I hope Invictus go after these type of pp.  There have to be consequences with what you post.

I never posted anything saying GS is tied with APHA so im not sure what your talking about! I was commenting on another users post about GS name appearing in the APHA report! (Which it does) And I was saying it would be good for the company or GS to come out and explain so rumor doesnt spread! Maybe read all the posts before chiming in with your BS!
