RE: April 14 UpdateGotta wonder about the massive conflict of interest - stinks to HIGH heaven.  How can Death be running IVW in shareholders' best interest when he also runs Green Sea??  Surely Death has to resign one or the other positions if he had an iota of integrity. How on earth doesn't this violate every fiduciary duty requirement ever invented?
Makes one wonder why Death, er, Green Sea, er, IVW was so willing to shut down (again) when contaminated mud was found on the exterior of the containers.  If you were Sea Dragon with 48% already (and clearly looking for outright control), and ignoring that Death and cronies' personal ownership interest in IVW likely already push them over 50%, picking up a mine with at least 10 year mine life on the cheap sure would be attractive - for the new buyer...
While I think the optics reek, I'm a buyer at these prices...
