RE: JaguarJohnny - IVW rundown

RE: JaguarJohnny - IVW rundownI will certainly be developing an EPS model for my analysis as time permits. I am new to the mining sector. However, at this point in time my analysis is focused upon using DCF analysis to arrive at a NPV and compare that to current market cap for the issue as described in numerous papers here as the prefered method for mines in various stages of life, including producing mines. https://www.cim.org/mes/mineral_Properties.cfm On this point alone, the IVW numbers based upon the published 100M NPV don't support a higher price. I have not created a DCF yet, but will simply defer to the slide show for right now. JJ, you were the one that advocated using the companies published numbers vs. an analyst, or some bulletin board poster, and I agree. However, I think that being able to develop your own model to understand the impact that new data provides before it is packaged into an analysts report, company update or feasibility study, would appear to be a worthwhile practice in finding undervalued companies. That is what I am trying to do. Are you stating that the NPV is outdated, or meaningless, or both? Let's face facts, neither company is a producing mine yet - even if IVW is closer. Where did the NPV of 100M come from? The BFS? Respectfully, Greg Greg
