Pelican, The convert rate is .073 shares of Denison for every share of JNN. Roughly 7.3%. If you own 10,000 shares of JNN, you will convert to 730 shares of Denison. Until this deal is ...more

I have resigned myself to the JNN  share conversion because there is no way to get full value selling now, and taking the haircut. JNN shares are an arbitrage on the DNN shareprice. Denison ...more
