RE: Its official...If there is a potential merger in the works, would they use the average closing price over the previous 20 trading days to calculate the vale of the company being bought? Might explain some things and might tie in with this merger talk we've been introduced to lately. Has anyone got in touch with rick since he got back from being out of town? Any news would be much appreciated.
