I agree whole-heartedly that the appreciation in share price over the last 10 or so trading days is entirely because of the deal with IUC; however, that doesn't mean it is not prudent to raise funds in order to get back on good financial footing. After all, Mr. Lundin did not cut JNR a cheque for Revenue Canada.
What better time to raise money? The higher the share price, the less dilution for existing shareholders.
