RE: news release - another $2 million in the bankI think it is very impressive that JNR is able to raise $2.4 million without having to put out a carrot. There are no warrants associated with this private placement. I believe JNR could have raised more if they really wanted to, but would rather wait for a higher share price. I now believe that many more interested parties will start buying, as one of the knocks against JNR is that it didn't have very much cash on hand. With well over $3 million in the kitty, that is no longer the case.
After all, do we want to be a company with 55 million shares out and no money or a company with 59 million shares out and $3 million in the bank. I choose the latter.
