RE: Impressive
RE: ImpressiveI honestly think they have brought back several good holes and that is why we are seeing some appreciation. The more this project moves forward, the more Moore Lake becomes a bigger piece of the IUC pie. I would not be surprised to see JNR trading at a 3:1 ratio to IUC in the near future. And I wouldn't be surprised to see IUC or the Lundins behind the Dundee buying, as it seems to be their broker of choice.
If you are the Lundins and/or IUC and you like Moore Lake, then why not buy their shares up until the ratio is more in line with where it should be. Eventually IUC will make a deal to acquire JNR and IUC and the Lundins will be trading/tendering in their JNR shares for some of IUC, after having made some money of course. The bottom line is that the drill results so far appear to be great going by the trading patterns.
I believe IUC and the Lundins will continue to pick up JNR shares on the open market until they approach the 10% declaration limit. Take into account the warrants they probably have from the financing at $0.10 and you can start to see that a buyout is forthcoming this fall, assuming drill results are positive.
