RE: Dundee and Toll Cross

RE: Dundee and Toll CrossNindge, I would not be surprised to see IUC pay a 100% premium to JNR's share price. This will let the public know how much they believe in the property, and would thus help their share price increase even thought they would pay with IUC paper. I believe their share price is being kept low on purpose. If IUC values JNR at $2.50 a share, then the public will think that $4.40 is ridiculous for 75% ownership of the property. If they make a deal with IUC paper, they will want their share price to go up, not down, as is often the case with the buyer on a paper deal. After all, IUC owns 6.7% of JNR shares, and if they (IUC and Lukas Lundin) exercised the warrants they got during the $0.10 PP way back when, they would control a lot more. They don't mind paying a premium for JNR, since in reality, they would actually be buying back into IUC at a discount.
