The spot price is released by UXC Consulting every Monday, to its subscribers ($3300 USD a year), by email. It is posted on their website no earlier than every Tuesday at 17:00 Eastern. If there are no trades on the spot market, they will not post a new price. Currently, less than 10% of the world's uranium is bought on the spot market. The long term contract price for uranium is released by UXC Consulting every last Monday of the month, to its subscribers, by email. The long term contract price is only available to subscibers, and hence it is not posted on their website, or anywhere else for that matter. Conversely, over 90% of the world's uranium is currently bought on long term contracts.
