Agree but as I understand it there are a few things to evaluate a bought deal as a good bought deal vs a bad one. One is whether or not the reason for issuing the shares has been disclosed. In this case it wasn't. Most other indicators suggest this is a good one, except not disclosing how the money is to be used. Not a biggie. Things are going well.
