Shorts  are  negligable  at  about  10000 shares.  Of   the    44  million  shares   outstanding  26  million  are  owned  by   AIMCO  , Bison, InfraPSP Partners and management   combined  leaving   a  remainder    of   18 million

It seems  Bison have   been  liquidating  their holding  in Journey  .  In  July  2020  they  were   reported   to  hold   8427400    and    only   869100  by  Nov.30  2020.  An   an exempt institution  they   are
