To July 31/20 to allow: The Transaction is conditional on the Purchaser having licenses that are substantially similar to the Health Canada Licences. The Purchaser cannot close the Transaction until it has obtained these licenses and addressed other regulatory matters;
DIP financing was also increased to allow JWC to operate until closing.
