When I meant Congo, that included these people, Kabila and goverment officials, who would benefit form Katanga mining continue production and operations. They have evey motivation as we are to see the KCC issues resolved. Nobody wants to kill the goose who lays the golden eggs. All in all, Glencore is the driver seat and it can resolve the issues by itself alone and just forgives $4.2 billion debt that KCC owed to Katanga Mining and it will be done. Of course, Glencore wants to extract as much concession as possible from Gecamines.
