RE:RE:RE:RE:Congo mining revenue triple to $398 millions in Q1 2018They do not have the other choice.  They do not have the money.  They do not have the mining experitises including technologies and skills. Just look at Gecamine past and current performances, it is basically a bankrupt company.  If they could invest and run the mining operation by themselve, they would do that long ago.  They were there before, and it did not work.
