fundamentals are a less stressful way to invest. That being said, no one knows 100% what the equity reconstruction is going to entail. I thought I read $5.6 billion worth of shares to be issued, that would leave present Shareholders with 1/3 the % of the company, but the new reorganized company would have 1/4 the debt it has now. On top of that Glencore said it will avoid punishing Glencore shareholders. So I'm cautiously holding, but very glad the company is not getting dissolved.
