Thanks for this. I missed it. However I would like more details about the recent recapitalization developments, so I will wait until Q2 report is out. The value investors including me want to check the real thing about KAT, so Q2 report is necessary. KAT had negative stockholder equity of US$500 million in Q1, which is ugly.

Meanwhile, I will stay with Ascendant Resources (ASND) and Dynacor Gold (DNG) in my mining portfolio. Both ASND and DNG are debt-free and dirt-cheap silver/zinc and gold producers with YoY growth trading just 2 and 3 times their 2018 EBITDA. Both are takeover targets too.
