It is exactly because of things like this that I decided not to invest in KAT. The resource is spectacular but every other consideration makes we want to run for the hills. From the murky past dealings of the company to poor infrastructure, low skill work force, civil/political strife, and of course the place is run by a bunch of muppets. I mean seriously, what possile reason could there be not to allow/delay the construction of a plant to de-contaminate cobalt? My guess is someone is looking to extract money from KAT by withholding permitting. Just one thing after another in that craphole country.
